Signature at the MGM Grand

This project is completed

MGM and Turnberry have teamed up and all three Signature at the MGM Grand towers are now open (with the potential expansion to five towers). The 38-story, 475-foot-tall structures have 576 units each and are priced from $450,000 to $1.5 million.

Not only does each individual tower have a pool, but the home-owners will also have access to MGM Grand pools including the new Wet Republic all-day, adult pool party.

This is a condo-hotel project where the homeowners can share in the profits if they elect to allow MGM to rent their units as hotel rooms.

The project is located on the MGM Grand property, where the theme park once stood. It is also directly East of Marriott's Grand Chateau.

The opening date for tower one has been set for May 22, 2006

News 9/09/05: Tower A topped out, Tower B and C moving skyward

Brisk sales have prompted excavation work to begin three months earlier than originally planned for Tower-C at Signature at MGM Grand, according to Dan Riordan, director of sales. Tower-C marks the final 40-story condominium-hotel tower.

Towers A and B are sold out and tower C is 50% sold. This strengthens the possibility of MGM and Turnberry planning up to three more towers on the adjacent site. Time will tell.
