The downtown Las Vegas skyline is about to be forever changed. (Er, aheem.. at least for however long "forever" is in Vegas.  Watch out lady-luck, a new player named Circa is about to be 'dealt-in'.  Circa Resort & Casino Las Vegas is slated to debut as a part of the Fremont Street Experience in December of 2020.  This beautiful new project by brothers Derek and Greg Stevens will truly be a homage to the past, present and future of Las Vegas. (Can you say "Vegas Today and Tomorrow?") Circa Las Vegas will occupy land that was once home to the Las Vegas Club, Mermaids Casino and the infamous Glitter Gulch. 

Designed for those seeking the ultimate Las Vegas vacation, Circa will offer 777 rooms and suites, and a collection of thoughtful amenities, including a range of eclectic restaurants, the longest outdoor bar on Fremont Street Experience, a rejuvenating spa and a two-level casino with state-of-the-art slot and table gaming options. Circa has collaborated with Steelman Partners to oversee architecture and design. 

Circa will be home to a state-of-the art parking structure playfully dubbed “Garage Mahal,” specifically designed with ride-sharing in mind. Catering to the growing use of Uber and Lyft, and housing 1,201 parking spaces, the centrally located nine-story garage will be the first of its kind in Downtown Las Vegas, allowing guests to conveniently and efficiently travel to and from the property.
